Open House Promotions  $1000
  •  Realtor / Brokers tour representation - with advertisement and refreshments
  • 2 x 2 hour public open house sessions with advertisement, signage and follow up with visitors after the Open House
Listing Management and Maintenance  $250 / month
  •  updates to the MLS / WLS and custom property websites as and when required
  • scheduling and management of viewing appointment requests
  • follow up on viewing appointments with other Realtors
Navigating the Negotiation Process $1000
  • 6 hours for the price of 4 - when purchased in advance - dedicated to supporting your interests throughout the complex negotiation and property completion process

 

In addition, your Custom Choice Realty representative will be available to you throughout the property list and sell process on an hourly 'time and materials' basis.  This means you can choose when you want to utilize the professional services of your representative, or not.  Your representative can be available to review and advise you on the complexities of the Contract of Purchase and Sale, can draft and disseminate contract revisions, and can ensure you are confident and comfortable during this most complex part of a Real Estate transaction -- the execution of a Contract to sell your home.
