How does the Innovative Model work for sellers ?
We work with sellers to prepare their property for the market. Whether it's your first or your fifth transaction, we'll guide you through the selling process step-by-step.
The 5 steps are:
Step 1: Consultation. We'll discuss the property, your goals, and our services.
Step 2: Selection. Choose the Approach & the Services that will work for you.
Step 3: Engagement. We'll generage a letter stating the terms of our agreement.
Step 4: Kick off ! Meet your Engagement Manager and get started.
Step 5: The Transaction. Closing the deal ! We can work with you until you're satisfied with the offer terms and ready to sell your home.
The Fees
Under the Fee-for-Service model only, Custom Choice Realty will invoice you monthly for the services delivered, according to the agreed upon Engagement Letter. Click the PACKAGES link on the left side bar to review the Fee for Service product options !
We guarantee that fees are capped at 1.5% of the final transaction price, thereby guaranteeing that you will NEVER pay more using our Innovative Fee-for-Service model than you would under the Traditional commission model.
